David qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011 with a specialist practice based in Kent and has extensive experience across multiple sectors including farms and estates, manufacturing, energy and entertainment.
As an experienced finance professional David provides accountancy and tax services but also has a reputation for working very closely with his clients to help drive their business forward.
David also has a thorough understanding of financial technology and uses this to help his clients maximise its use in their business.
Michael qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2007 following three years at a London practice. He then spent several years working for Vantis PLC and FRP Advisory LLP, specialising in audit, business recovery and business review. In 2011 Michael moved into industry, firstly in the fresh produce sector, as senior finance manager for Bakkavor, and from 2014 as Finance Director and subsequently Managing Director for Newmafruit Farms Limited, a premier fruit farming and packing business. Michael then spent two years as Group Finance Director of APC Technology Group PLC gaining experience in a listed environment, raising equity through the markets and completing several acquisitions as part of the turnaround of the group. His qualification as a Chartered Accountant and wide-ranging financial management experience combine to ensure that his clients are provided with a high quality advisory service and benefit from his wealth of experience
